Whilst rhames is the exclusive UK service partner for globally recognised centrifuge manufacturer Flottweg, we pride ourselves on maintaining, repairing and optimising a wide range of specialist equipment from multiple manufacturers. Our expertise extends across centrifuges, sludge dewatering and thickening equipment, conveyors, pumps, rotating machinery and specialist process assets, ensuring our clients receive the highest standards of service in the most cost-effective manner. Further strengthening our capabilities, rhames is an official UK Service Partner for Guascor Energy, one of the world's leading manufacturers of gas engine technology. This partnership provides direct access to OEM technical support, training, genuine parts and engineering expertise, enabling rhames to deliver comprehensive maintenance, overhaul, troubleshooting and optimisation services for CHP (Combined Heat and Power) engines throughout the UK.

Our CHP division supports customers across the water utility, industrial and renewable energy sectors, helping maximise asset availability, efficiency and long-term performance. rhames has also established a strategic service partnership with SNF, the global leader in water-soluble polymers and process chemicals. This collaboration enhances our ability to support customers with process optimisation, chemical dosing solutions and operational performance improvements, providing a more integrated approach to plant efficiency and asset management.

The majority of our contracts are what we describe as multi-manufacturer fleet contracts, where servicing and maintenance activities are required across a diverse range of makes, models and equipment types, varying in age, application and condition.
