rhames’ dedicated project management division are responsible for delivering a diverse range of integrated projects.

These vary in size, complexity and value, including principal contractor (PC) and the necessary activities associated with this role (including new machine installation, performance testing, new machine commissioning, site hand over, site inductions, permit preparation, site control precautions and control of all works within the designated boundary).We are also able to provide integrated packages, bespoke equipment installation and new machine designs with utilisation of our CAD / Solid Works software. We are equipped with all the necessary software to produce full project plans and documentation packs (i.e Microsoft Project, illustrator).
