Work within our operations team to organise, communicate and complete key maintenance activities throughout the UK as part of the nation’s crucial networks. The PSE Planner / Co-ordinator is an integral part of the team and will be required to be organised, disciplined with good communication and people skills. Working in conjunction with and supporting the heads of each division and co-ordinating the engineering team.
Responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed to a high health, safety, quality and environmental standards, on time, within scope, and within budget. Key responsibilities include defining project goals, developing project plans, coordinating team activities, managing resources, communicating with stakeholders, and mitigating risks.
This role will lead and organise ongoing projects on sites based in the UK, it will involve health and safety management, monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, organising and participating in meetings, handling suppliers and contractors’ performance relating to quality and timescale / deadlines and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of a project to ensure successful completion. This role involves managing schedules, resources, and communication among team members and stakeholders. The Projects Co-ordinator is an integral role within the projects team and will be required to be organised, disciplined with good communication and people skills. Working in conjunction with and supporting the heads of our projects division and co-ordinating the projects team’s tasks.
